Helen McCrory was an award-winning British actress whose career spanned over 30 years. Born in 1968, she studied at the Drama Centre London before making her stage debut in The Importance of Being Earnest. Her remarkable talent and versatility have enabled her to take on prominent roles such as Lady Macbeth in Macbeth at Shakespeare's Globe, Olivia in the Twelfth Night, and Rosalind in As You Like It. Her numerous film credits include The Queen, Harry Potter, and Pride & Prejudice. She also starred in the hit TV series Peaky Blinders as Aunt Polly. This role earned her international recognition and multiple awards nominations. Sadly, after a short battle with cancer, Helen passed away on April 16th, 2021, leaving behind an incredible legacy as well as her loving husband, Damian Lewis, and two children.
