Bryce Dallas Howard is an American actress, director, producer, and screenwriter. Born on 2nd March 1981 in Los Angeles, she graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2020. Her performance as Rosalind in a 2003 production of As You Like It caught the attention of M. Night Shyamalan, who cast her in his psychological thriller The Village, and she later starred in the lead role of a naiad who escapes from a fantasy world in Lady in the Water. As You Like It earned her a Golden Globe Award nomination, and since then, she has achieved success with roles such as Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man 3, Kate Connor in Terminator Salvation, and Victoria in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. She has most recently co-starred as Claire Dearing in the adventure film Jurassic World and its sequels Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and Jurassic World Dominion, the first two of which have been her most successful films to date.
